Replacement Policy

At 7th Creations Studio, customer satisfaction is our priority.

1. Replacement Eligibility

  • We offer replacement only (no returns). Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Replacement will be provided only if the unboxing video is shared with the company’s email or customer care number at the time of request.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance sale items
  • Used or damaged products (not caused during delivery)
  • Customized or personalized products

3. Replacement Process

  • Once your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement for the same product.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for processing and dispatch.

4. Damaged or Wrong Product
